Get RID of these Cultists!

There appears to be some kind of new cult here on Ravnica. I was working my stall at the market last week, when suddenly someone shouted something, then two lunatics drew swords out of nowhere and started battling to the death. Disrupting the peace making it hard for a local business woman to ply her craft. I already talked to the Rakdos troupe to see if it was them. While they said "we like their style" they said it wasn't them. And you know if it was, they'd claim it. if these people are operating outside of a guild and disturbing the peace that violates the Guild Pact. Somebody needs to track down this new cult and put an end to them.

I pay my taxes so why should I offer a reward? Do your job!

Okay listen up. I know this isn't what you signed up for. Half of you want to see other worlds and the other half just want to kill blue zombies for revenge. But Ravnica is our home and I will let no one threaten it. Go to the market undercover and capture at least one of these cultist alive. Keep the collateral damage to a minimum or its coming out of your paychecks! After you subdue one of these freaks bring them back here, the REC will handle the interrogation.
